Her many years experience working alongside business owners and managers have given her a pragmatic and commercial approach, which sits alongside values of empathy and integrity.

She is dedicated to assisting people in solving problems, whether it be a business owner seeking people management support or an employee in need of guidance regarding their rights.

Sarah's qualifications include a BMLS and PGDipBusAdmin (HRM). She is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and is licensed to undertake employment investigations under the Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority.
